Centralize an object OpenGL & Assimp

I’m currently working on the project, which loads a 3D model.
Occasionally, the models differ from each other, either by their size or rotation etc. I’d like set the model frontwise before the camera and scale it within a window. To do this, I required the top-left/right
coordinates, and detect the "face" of a model, somehow. I use the ASSIMP for model loading. Is there a way to extract the required coordinates, via ASSIMP. Or an option to do it properly?
