I don’t want to add a python file to startup like other questions, I want to have code that can add any program to startup, first I thought to add a shortcut to C:ProgramDataMicrosoftWindowsStart MenuPrograms but that doesn’t work for some unknown reason and I asked the question on stack overflow earlier:

Then I tried to use a bat file to do it but that doesn’t work either.
