Arduino Windows 7 drivers problems error code 22

  arduino, arduino-ide, driver, windows

im trying to use avrdude for load arduino program with console, but I have a windows 7 x86 profesional with service pack 1 (old pc) and when i install the arduino driver that comes with the IDE manualy with the pnputil.exe in the windows 7 with PCs that have this processors

  • Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.80GHz
  • Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E6400 @ 2.13GHz
  • Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E8400 @ 3.00GHz

i see that the drivers doesn´t work properly and have error code 22 in some cases and in others the windows system disable the arduino in the windows devices.

But if i install the Arduino IDE or use manual install the driver in Core i3 , Core i5 and i7 the windows driver in windows 7, 8 , 10 response perfect, but in the others i get error code -22 or the windows doesnt allow to enable the device.

does any one have had the same problem and how you solve it?
