I am working on a drawing application for a research project in computer graphics.Currently we are drawing sketches using QPainter and processing them. Now ,the next goal is to apply basic transformations on QPoints. I am able to work with QTransform and results are satisfactory.
My question is , will it be comparable in performance with some linear algebra library like Eigen3 or Armadillo ? We will need 2D transformations quite extensively. We do not want to use Shaders or CUDA.
In future, we may need to do linear blend skinning etc., Will QMatrix be good enough ?
