How to generate a DTS (device tree source) file?

So, I have an ARM machine (notebook, Lenovo Flex 5G) and I needed to get the DTS file from it. However, I can’t get it from the distributor. So I was woundering if I could generate the DTS file from the very machine.

It currently uses a Windows 10 version for arm, but it has the Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) on it.
