BSOD Error, Stop Code: DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL, what failed: Tcpip.sys

  asus, bsod, tcp, windows, windows-10

Some months back my wifi used to get disconnected automatically and when I tried to connect it again, it said "can’t connect to this network". About a 2 weeks back a Bluescreen of Death error started appearing as mentioned in title, and it again restarted and everything was normal. I asked a computer repair guy, if he can fix it and he gave me a external network adapter and the wifi problem was fixed. Recently I have been facing this Blue Screen of Death Error again, I said him that the wifi issue is resolved but the BSOD keeps on appearing and is more frequent now. He said maybe formatting the pc, will make it good. I formatted my pc, it went good for some hours and then the same problem started again. I have tried sfc scan but it shows no problem. I have tried netsh int ip reset, it says everything has been reset but even after restarting it remains the same. I have tried chkdsk, it said it is fixing my disk, went on for an hour but still didn’t work after restart. I have updated my windows drivers and all but still it doesn’t work.

Now, even if I try opening some web page, it gives me BSOD error and restarts. Please can anybody help me about it? I am struggling for days with this
