I found a post long ago that allowed me to copy command (cd "$(cygpath -u ”)"
in cygwin to work with windows paths and bash. Bash built in ??
Since, I ‘ve never been able to find – duplicate
because I get "cygpath: can’t convert empty path" and -bash :alias :cd not found
and -bash :alias not found?
created alias like this > alias cypat=(cd "$(cygpath -u ”)" <
Really like to just ‘echo’ the text > cd "$(cygpath -u ”)" < but I get same type error message???
lazy is good programming but this is complex!
Thanks for any shortcut , pointers in advance. Waterh2o.
