Output GDI SetPixel() "file" to copy/paste in my app?

  c++, gdi, winapi

I like the old-style, slow rendering of SetPixel() and I was wondering if there was a small script (Batchfile/VBS preferably) that could output something like this:

SetPixel(hdc_suitcaseGeneral, 42, 0, RGB(54, 0, 0));
SetPixel(hdc_suitcaseGeneral, x, y, RGB(r, g, b);
SetPixel(hdc_suitcaseGeneral, x, y, RGB(r, g, b);
SetPixel(hdc_suitcaseGeneral, x, y, RGB(r, g, b);
SetPixel(hdc_suitcaseGeneral, x, y, RGB(r, g, b);
SetPixel(hdc_suitcaseGeneral, x, y, RGB(r, g, b);
SetPixel(hdc_suitcaseGeneral, x, y, RGB(r, g, b);
SetPixel(hdc_suitcaseGeneral, x, y, RGB(r, g, b);
SetPixel(hdc_suitcaseGeneral, x, y, RGB(r, g, b);
SetPixel(hdc_suitcaseGeneral, x, y, RGB(r, g, b);
SetPixel(hdc_suitcaseGeneral, x, y, RGB(r, g, b);
SetPixel(hdc_suitcaseGeneral, x, y, RGB(r, g, b);
SetPixel(hdc_suitcaseGeneral, x, y, RGB(r, g, b);
etc;

I want this so that I can achieve that old-school look of drawing images in my win32 app.
